​​​​​​​Let us help you migrate your iPad to J&J.

Your iPad will be factory reset on your migration day to allow for configuration to Johnson & Johnson. Please ensure you have backed up everything to iCloud and OneDrive prior to migration. If you have not set up your PingID in advance, you will need to do that first by going to mfa.jnj.com.

Step 1

Turn on Your iPad

  • Select your preferred language

  • Next, select your Country or Region, then select “Set Up Manually”

  • Connect to Wi-Fi, then wait a few minutes for the iPad to activate

Step 2

Remote Management

Your iPad will know it is a managed device and automatically ask you to enroll in remote management.


  • Tap "Next"

  • Sign in with your Johnson & Johnson email and the password you recently set

  • You will be directed to PingID

  • Select Enable Location Services

Step 3

Setting Up Johnson & Johnson Access

  • Once you arrive on the Home Screen, the Company Portal app will install automatically. Your Microsoft applications and PingID will also be installed automatically.

  • Once the Company Portal app is installed, open it, and select “Sign in”

  • Sign-in with your Johnson & Johnson email and you will be redirected to PingID

  • Tap “OK”, then Allow to authorize notifications

  • Tap “Begin to start the enrollment process” then “Continue”

  • Tap “Done” when you see “You’re all set!”
