​​​​​​​Let us help you migrate your Mobile to J&J.

This guide is for Johnson & Johnson colleagues who need access to J&J services such as email, Microsoft apps, apps from the J&J apps store or automatic WIFI access in J&J offices on their mobile devices. It is required to have Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management installed on any mobile device to access J&J information, apps or services.

Before you begin, ensure you have the following apps installed on your mobile device:

Microsoft Intune Company Portal

  • Open Intune Company Portal. Select the option to "Sign In."
  • Sign in using your J&J email credentials. You will then need to use your Ping ID to complete the sign-in process.
  • On the "Set up J&J access" screen, select the option to "Begin". This will start the enrollment process.
  • Follow the instructions on screen through the next several steps to complete the process.

Microsoft Outlook Mobile

Option A: For first time use only.

If you have not set up an account before on Outlook Mobile, please follow these instructions.

  • Select the image or logo in the top left corner next to the word “Inbox”.
  • In the bottom left of the screen, select the Settings gear icon to open the settings menu.
  • From the Settings, select the option for “Add Mail Account”.
  • From the popup, select the option for “Add Mail Account”.
  • On the Add Account screen, enter your Johnson & Johnson email address and select “Add Account”.
  • Complete the Ping authentication request with your Johnson & Johnson account information.

Option B: Adding an additional account.

If you already have an existing personal account set up on Outlook Mobile, please follow these instructions.

  • Select the image or logo in the top left corner next to the word “Inbox”.
  • In the bottom left of the screen, select the Settings gear icon to open the settings menu.
  • From the Settings, select the option for “Add Mail Account”.
  • From the popup, select the option for “Add Mail Account”.
  • On the Add Account screen, enter your Johnson & Johnson email address and select “Add Account”.
  • Complete the Ping authentication request with your Johnson & Johnson account information.
