Step 1

Connect to Wi-Fi

  • Click the Network Icon at the bottom right side of the screen.

  • Select the Wi-Fi you want to connect to and click Connect. If prompted, enter the Wi-Fi password.

  • Once you are connected, a Wi-Fi icon will appear.

Step 2

Log-in to Your New Device

  • Click anywhere on the screen.

  • Enter your Johnson & Johnson Email address and Password. This will be the password you recently updated.

Step 3

Set up Windows Hello for Business

  • After your initial device login, a Windows Hello pop-up will prompt you to set up a biometric login and 8-digit pin.
  • The setup process takes approximately 5 minutes, using a Microsoft setup wizard.

Step 4

Authenticate with PingID

  • Once on your Johnson & Johnson computer you will need PingID to authenticate.

  • PingID should already be set up on your mobile device.
