PingID is used to confirm your identity each time you connect to your J&J Cloud PC. Open mfa.jnj.com and login using your J&J email and password. You must have a mobile number, or a non-JNJ email address already added to your J&J profile to set up PingID.

Login to windows365.microsoft.com and sign on using your email and password and authenticate using the PingID app. It is essential you download the 64-Bit version of “Microsoft Remote Desktop for Windows” to get the full functionality of your J&J Cloud PC.
